  • Post-experience: integration skills development; emotional, cognitive and somatic processing including the roots of emotional wounds

  • Roots of my approach: psychodynamic, mindfulness, somatic-based work, parts-work and emotion processing

  • Typically more open or longer time-frame than coaching/consultation

Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy

Individual offering

Virtual & In-Person

  • Pre-experience: preparation/harm reduction, intention-setting, skills development 

  • Ketamine Session(s): in-person support for sublingual ketamine experience in conjunction with Skylight Psychedelics in Evergreen, Colorado

  • Post-experience: integration skills development; emotional, cognitive and somatic processing including the roots of emotional wounds

  • Roots of my approach: mindfulness, somatic-based work, parts-work and emotion processing, MAPS training (MDMA-assisted psychotherapy), ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP)

  • Can be brief or longer-term time-frame
